Brokers' Course

Have confidence when you take your Broker License exam! We will help you get ready at ABA School of Real Estate.

Requirements for Broker License:

Prior to a broker examination, a salesperson shall complete forty (40) hours of pre-licensure broker education and must affiliate with a broker for three (3) years for a broker license.
  • The Salesperson shall have worked twenty-five (25) hours per week for 3 years
  • Pre-license broker education shall be in a State-Authorized School with a State approved instructor.
  • A candidate must obtain a bond in the amount of $5000.00. This costs about $50.00 and is good for 5 years.
  • Must pass the State administered Broker’s Examination

ABA School of Real Estate offers forty hours (40) pre-license broker education.
